Merlin lets you create and manage commercial vehicle breakdowns and maintenance. Currently with access to Tail lift service loler weight test documention your repair business can send off instant service sheets to customers.

Merlin uses a simple web app for engineers to update jobs when on site and when theyve finished. Meaning your office staff get live updates without needing to constantly call and bother engineers.

Merlin comes with a built in service sheet system allowing on site engineers to fill out service documentation and instantly send off details after completion to customers.

Nope - we charge a monthly fee upfront for that month but unlike other systems, you are not tied into a contract with us.

Yes on the Merlin Pro package you have access to create instant invoices once jobs are complete. Merlin is not an accounts package however and is used to just generate and send invoices.

Merlin is aimed at small - medium repair agents who have at least one roadside engineer and also have someone in the office. Office staff can take calls and input job data, whilst the engineer goes out to do the work - all managed from the central office using Merlin.
